• When you buy or download: your name, email address, country and order details. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see your full card number.
• When you visit this site: basic technical data your browser sends, such as pages viewed. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To deliver your product and send receipts.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To send you emails about SeqReady products, only if you agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Paddle.com, which processes orders and payments under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.
