Refund Policy

If a SeqReady product doesn't help you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes every refund. You can also write to us at [contact email] and we'll arrange it.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if a file was damaged and we can't send a working copy.
