These terms apply to purchases from SeqReady, a brand operated by Eric A. (sole proprietor, Egypt). By buying a SeqReady product you agree to them.

Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

What you buy

SeqReady products are digital downloads: PDF guides, spreadsheets and templates. You receive download links by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Licence

You may use a product for yourself and your own lab or research group. You may not resell, share publicly, or upload it to file-sharing sites. Your institution may keep a copy for internal use by the people who work with you.

Educational content

Products give general educational guidance about planning sequencing projects. They are not professional, medical or legal advice. Prices, thresholds and examples are typical starting points; always confirm requirements with your sequencing provider and institution.

Liability

We work to keep the content accurate, but we can't guarantee results for your specific project. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
